Each iteration extends across web, print, social, wayfinding, merchandise and eDM, requiring consistency at scale without flattening the distinct character of each season. On the development side, a complex events-based CMS build brought structure to what had been an unwieldy backend, resulting in a system that is intuitive to manage, supports evolving program needs and is built to scale over time.
