A Blue Mountains roastery with a loyal following and a steadily expanding product range, The Little Coffee Co. is a long-term relationship spanning over a decade and two complete builds. The original WooCommerce site eventually couldn’t keep pace with the scale of the business, leading to a full Shopify redevelopment aligned with its next phase of growth. Subtle refinements to palette and typography evolved across both iterations, maintaining a brand identity that is considered and consistent without competing with the product. The complexity sits within the build: a large, multi-supplier product catalogue, subscription purchasing and a dedicated wholesale channel powered by SparkLayer. The platform is structured to handle this volume with clarity, pairing a robust backend with a clean, intuitive interface that a small team can manage without friction.
