The scope spans art direction across web, print, social, signage, wayfinding, merchandise and eDM, with each channel requiring a considered, context-specific response. Each festival cycle begins with a commissioned hero illustration, which is then translated into a distinct visual world across the broader festival identity. That balance between reinvention and consistency keeps the work disciplined and cohesive across a high volume of outputs. Since 2023, the relationship has developed into an ongoing, highly collaborative partnership.
